Brown is the new green! That is to say, fiberboard, a nice earthy brown material, is an ideal green solution. Fiberboard is an easily recyclable, biodegradable, natural-looking product that will give your product a very organic feel. The paper stock is made from recycled paper, end of chain, pulp material.

Fiberboard is unbleached and uncoated, and it is so absorbent, no varnish is required to seal it. It can be printed minimally or full color , and you can even do a soft emboss or a subtle spot gloss-- you will want to take into account its unique qualities when planning your artwork. Trays give a package a really nice thickness and sturdiness. We typically use clear trays where the printing shows though underneath. We can also print the inner spines for full art coverage. here are some examples...

Containing either 20-30% or 70% - 80% post-consumer waste, select recycled stock when you need a white backdrop. Choose from coated or uncoated matte, matte or glossy. Lots of choices....

There are all kinds of ways we can make fiberboard jackets; cd height (5inch),dvd height (7inch) , any number of panels, pinch pockets, hubs, paper trays, etc. We can also do some special effects such as die cuts, foils, and metallic inks.
