Unusual Folding - Cross or Plus Shaped Traypaks and Jackets

Unusual Shapes and Sizes
We all know the standard package sizes and shapes for CDs and DVDs. You see them at the store every day. CDs live in a little box that's a little wider (5.5") than it is tall (5"). DVDs live in little boxes that are taller (7.5") than they are wide (5.5"). We can do so much more!

Custom Diecut Shapes, Windows, Knockouts
Custom diecuts are a great way to add a special flare to your project. Whether it’s a window in a slipcase for something to show through on the packaging inside, or a special diecut for the thumbhole—custom diecuts are awesome! Special diecuts are included in the initial template that is sent out by our Graphics department and is something that should be discussed with your Project Coordinator.

Don't Forget Those Special Effects!
If a CD or DVD package with a custom shape or custom folding is the cake, then special effects would be the icing! Your disc packaging can have embossing or debossing to give yet another level of customization. Add matte lamination and spot UV gloss to highlight logos or other artwork in your dvd or cd project, or use the spot gloss only for part of your design! Reverse it out by making the gloss the background surface and show the matte lam only in spots. Hey, it's YOUR project!
